(formerly zhejiang HaoYang motor vehicle parts co., LTD.) was established in 2004, the headquarters is located in "China automobile city" ruian north industrial park, standard factory building, is a production of automotive radiator assembly, condenser, evaporator and large engineering machinery series cooling system of professional manufacturers. In October 2006, the company invested 120 million yuan to build a production base in Quzhou City donggang economic development zone, covering an area of 33,000 m2 and a building area of 35600m2. At present, the company has developed into a modern enterprise integrating product design and development, production and manufacturing, precision testing and product sales, and has formed a professional manufacturer with an annual output of over 100 million sets of aluminum brazing radiator, 500,000 sets of heating fan and 100,000 sets of condenser, with an annual output value of over 100 million and an annual production capacity of over 1.6 million sets of products.

(1) Production capacity

It has 2 continuous nitrogen shielded brazing furnaces, 1 automatic core cleaning assembly line, 8 automatic belt making assembly lines, more than 30 full and semi-automatic core assembly tables, more than 10 automatic water chamber bucking presses, 10 1500G-120g injection molding machines, 10 300T-5T stamping equipment and other special production equipment.

(2) Experimental ability

It has national-level wind tunnel tester, salt spray tester, vibration tester, high and low temperature pulse tester, dynamic balancing tester, noise tester, etc. It has the ability to simulate and test the product performance under various conditions.

(3) Product development ability

With CNC wire cutting machine, CNC electric pulse machine, automatic CNC machining center and precision grinding machine and a series of mold manufacturing equipment, with the design and manufacturing of precision mold.
