Yuhuan youye machinery factory is located in yuhuan, a coastal port city in eastern zhejiang province, which is known as the national auto parts production base. Here the transportation is convenient, south wenzhou airport, north huangyan airport, west yongtaiwen expressway and unique damaiyu deep water harbor.
The company was founded in 1985, specializing in the production of motorcycle brake (disc brake) bolts, brackets and all kinds of standard and non-standard parts, shaped parts and so on. In 2000, the company began to transform the production of all kinds of automobile brake main pump and pump exhaust screw, oil inlet bolt, automobile booster accessories, shaft parts, automobile wheel hub, piston, etc. At present, the new factory area of our company is about 5,200 square meters, with 70 employees, including 7 professional technicians and 5 testing personnel. In October 2010, our company passed the ISO/TS16949 quality system certification. After years of development, the professional capacity of mechanical manufacturing has gradually become stronger, forming a CNC precision machining, auxiliary automatic cold forging, stamping, instrument processing, rolling, grinding, milling machine, heat treatment, conditioning and other production methods.
