Chongqing Zhonglian Gear Transmission Co., Ltd. was established in April 2006 and relocated to No. 33 Chuangye Avenue, Shuangfu Industrial Park in May 2010. Currently, the factory covers an area of 10233 square meters.
The company is a modern and specialized joint-stock company specializing in the design, development, production, and service of gears, transmission shafts, transfer gears, and other products for automobiles and ships. It has passed the IATF16949:2016 quality management system certification. The company built a production line for automotive gears and transfer case assemblies in 2010, and its research and development of "Straight Toothed Cylindrical Gears Based on Continuous Cold Extrusion Forming Technology" was rated as a "Key New Product of Chongqing" and "High tech Enterprise of Chongqing" in 2011. The company also obtained 8 utility model patents in 2011, including "Half Circle Combination Gear", "Planetary Carrier", "Reducer Transmission Worm Gear", "Gear Extrusion Machine Tool", "Split Intermediate Shaft", "Long Life Hobbing Machine", "Upper Mold of Gear Extrusion Machine Tool", and "Lower Mold of Gear Extrusion Machine Tool". In 2013, we obtained one utility model patent for 'Gear/Ring Gear Tooth'. In 2015, we obtained one appearance patent for the combination of inner gear ring bracket and one utility model patent for a gear/gear ring. In 2016, we obtained one invention patent for an extruded gear/ring gear. In 2018, three utility model patents were applied for, including "an outer gear ring bracket combination", "an oil pump intermediate gear", and "a spray pump gear".
