It is located in the Xiaolan Economic Development Zone in Nanchang, Jiangxi Province, north of Fushan Fifth Road, covering an area of 33000 square meters. It is located in the central area of the Xiaolan Economic Development Zone's core automotive city and is a manufacturing enterprise that designs and produces automotive engine oil coolers, EGR coolers, and various connecting pipes.
The company has successively passed ISO9002, QS9000, ISO/TS16949 quality system certification, and ISO14000 environmental system certification, and has many years of experience in the cooler industry. With the advantages of mature product details and performance, it has won high praise from users. Our products have covered multiple host factories such as Jiangling, Jianghuai, Huatai, FAW Fourth Ring, Yunnei, and Great Wall.
The company has domestic automatic stamping equipment, full-automatic ultrasonic cleaning line, oil cooler Assembly line, U-shaped EGR Assembly line, aluminum alloy cooler Assembly line, bellows production line, imported vacuum brazing equipment and other production control facilities, as well as oil resistance, cold and hot shock, pulse fatigue, pneumatic and internal corrosion test equipment. We have an annual production capacity of 1 million sets of EGR coolers, 1 million sets of stainless steel oil coolers, 500000 sets of aluminum alloy oil coolers, and 500000 sets of various connecting pipes.
