Jiangsu Heping Power Machinery Co., Ltd. was founded in 1975 and is a well-known professional manufacturer of stainless steel plate fin oil coolers in China. After more than 40 years of development, it has become a highly modernized and highly competitive enterprise in the research and development of internal combustion engine oil cooling modules. In 2015, it formed a strategic partnership with Tokyo Filter, Japan, introducing international advanced research and development concepts and manufacturing technology, and jointly developed a new type of oil cooling module Filter module, plate fin EGR cooler, etc. The research and development, testing, and lean production of oil cooling and filtration modules for internal combustion engines are becoming increasingly mature and complete.
With leading research and development concepts and advanced manufacturing technology, Heping has participated in the formulation and revision of national industry standards, which are: 1. JB/T 6003.1-2014 Internal Combustion Engine Oil Coolers - Part 1: Technical Conditions for Plate Fin Oil Coolers (published); 2. JB/T 10505-XXXX Technical Conditions for Internal Combustion Engine Oil Radiators (Approved for Release); 3. JB/T XXXX-XXXX Internal Combustion Engine Oil Cooling and Filtering Module (approved for release). It has been rated as the "Leading Enterprise in China's Internal Combustion Engine Parts Industry (2011-2013)" by the industry association, and has been successively elected as the "Director Unit of the National Internal Combustion Engine Industry Association" and the "Executive Director Unit of the Heat Exchanger Branch".
The company is located at 38 Changkang Road, Wuxi Tourist Resort, with a production workshop of over 18000 square meters and over 160 sets of professional production equipment. Among them, there are 8 leading domestic hard vacuum brazing furnaces, various heat transfer performance test benches, pressure alternating cycle test benches, static pressure blasting, salt spray box, metallographic microscope, and other research and development equipment. The production process equipment is well-equipped, the research and development strength is strong, and the quality assurance system is complete. We have passed system certifications such as 16949, 14001, and 18001.
