At present, the main equipment includes more than 200 sets of equipment, including hydraulic presses, punches, sandblasting machines, shearing machines, lathes, grinders, internal cylindrical grinders, external cylindrical grinders, wire cutting equipment, machining center equipment, carburizing furnaces, nitriding furnaces, tempering furnaces, multi-purpose furnaces, surface treatment equipment, and spraying assembly lines. The testing equipment includes micro hardness tester, Rockwell hardness tester, metallographic microscope, carbon sulfur joint measurement analyzer, width (parallel) measuring instrument, bearing measuring instrument, coordinate measuring instrument, salt spray testing machine, universal tensile testing machine, etc.
