Founded in June 1996, Youli Enterprise is a model member of the National Carburetor Industry Association and the China Internal Combustion Engine Industry Association. At present, it has two production bases, Fujian Youli Carburetor Co., Ltd. and Xiamen Youjia Industry and Trade Co., Ltd. It is a first-line manufacturer of carburetors for motorcycles and general gasoline engines in China.
The enterprise has the ability to produce 16 million motorcycle carburetors, universal gasoline engine carburetors and electronic injection systems annually, and is equipped with the following equipment: the comprehensive flow test bench developed by Japan OVAL Company, the Sino-Japanese joint venture Shenyang Xinke comprehensive flow test bench, the orifice oil flow test bench, the automatic test bench for the P/M working point of the carburetor, the Japanese Ono dynamometer, as well as the Japanese Sanfeng, Tokyo Precision Series of measuring instruments and testing equipment, such as Fukuda small hole flow detection platform. It has introduced 28 Japanese advanced "speed skill" carburetor body special machining lines, FANUC robot machining lines, and assembly automation production lines, equipped with 25 Japanese "brother" machining centers of multiple models, 30 "STAR" and "Xitiecheng" CNC machine tools, and a number of Swiss "Mikron" measuring hole processing special machines that are integrated with high, precision, and sharpness - carefully and professionally build high-quality carburetors for enterprises.
