Chongqing Pingshan Taikai Carburetor Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as PTK) is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Chongqing Construction Automotive Systems Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of China National Ordnance Equipment Group. The company is a Sino Japanese joint venture established in Banan District, Chongqing City with the approval of Chongqing Municipal People's Government in October 1994. The total investment is 22.8 million US dollars, the registered capital is 83.55 million yuan, the area is 21636 square meters, and the building area is 16114 square meters. It was officially put into operation in May 1995, and in June 2020, the Chinese side acquired Japanese shares to become a wholly Chinese owned company.
The company has introduced a full set of Japanese modern motorcycle fuel supply system product technology, manufacturing technology and equipment, and has the world's advanced manufacturing technology, production management mode and quality management system.
