Changzhou Xuchao Auto Parts Co., Ltd. is a manufacturer of composite materials and auto parts, mainly producing SMC composite materials, interior and exterior automotive parts and panels. SMC composite materials have been widely used in automobile covering parts, sanitary ware products, electrical appliances, railway transportation, building materials and other fields. At the same time, automobile parts have established strategic cooperation with domestic famous automobile manufacturers such as Shaanxi Heavy Duty Automobile Co., Ltd., Beiqi Foton Automobile Co., Ltd., Shandong Tangjun Ouling Automobile 6 Manufacturing Co., Ltd., Changsha Huantong Automobile Manufacturing Co., Ltd.
The company now covers an area of 20000 m2 and a building area of 18000 m2. And has a strong production and development capacity and complete, advanced production testing equipment. Our company has also established long-term cooperation with relevant scientific research institutions such as the National Quality Supervision and Inspection Center for Glass Fiber Products. After the development in recent years, the SMC composite materials, automotive interior and exterior parts produced by our company have a certain market share and are well received by users.
At present, our company is the first level supporting supplier of Shaanxi Heavy Duty Truck Co., Ltd. In 2015 and 2016, Shaanxi Automobile Co., Ltd. determined our company to be an excellent supplier and a designated cooperative key enterprise for military products. At the same time, it is specialized in supporting interior and exterior trims and covers for large automobile manufacturers such as Beiqi Foton, Shandong Tangjun and Changsha Huantong Special Vehicles. In 2017, we have negotiated with CNHTC to reach a cooperation intention on the development of relevant decorative parts and supporting projects. Our company has passed the ISO/9001:2000 system certification in 2006, and has passed the ISO/TS16949:2009 system certification since July 2009. It passed the environmental management system certification in June 2018 and the occupational health system certification in July 2018.
