Tianjin Qianglong Auto Parts Co., Ltd. was established on August 1, 1986, and is now located in the north area of Jinghai Development Zone, Tianjin, with an area of 13333 square meters and a total value of fixed assets of more than 48 million yuan. Since its establishment, the company has been committed to the R&D and production of automotive braking systems, and gradually become a leading domestic supplier of automotive braking systems. Now the company's leading products are automobile vacuum booster, brake master cylinder, proportional valve, stamping parts, injection molding parts, etc. At present, it is supporting many automobile factories such as Brilliance Jinbei, Brilliance China, Beiqi Foton, Xiamen Jinlong, Xiamen Jinlv, Hebei Zhongxing, Jinan Heavy Truck, Anhui Jianghuai, and Beijing Automobile. And most of the products have been exported to Denmark, Iran, Africa, etc.
The company has always adhered to the market orientation and strictly controlled the product quality. Therefore, the company has invested heavily in purchasing equipment. At present, our main production equipment: vacuum booster assembly line, brake master cylinder production line, proportional valve assembly line, processing center, CNC lathe, hydraulic press, press, injection molding machine, and nearly 20 special test equipment for various products, such as booster test bench, brake master cylinder test bench Proportional valve test bench, high and low temperature fatigue test chamber, etc. It also has a relatively complete laboratory.
At present, our products mainly include: (1) 4.5 inch, 6 inch, 7 inch, 7.5 inch, 8 inch, 9 inch, 8+9 inch, 8.5+8.5 inch, 9+10 inch, 10 inch, 10+10 inch and other automotive vacuum boosters; (2) There are nearly 20 types of integral piston pump, brake master cylinder with compensating hole and central valve; (3) Load sensing proportional valve, combination valve, mixing proportional valve, composite proportional valve, inertial proportional valve, etc; (4) Jinbei Geruisi, Foton Oman Heavy Duty Truck and other large stamping products (5) injection molding products.
The company passed the certification of ISO94 in 1999, the conversion of 2000 in 2001, the certification of QS9000 in 2003, and the certification of ISO/TS16949 at the end of 2005. In 2006 and 2007, the company successfully passed the supervision and audit of ISO/TS16949. In October 2008, it passed the review of ISO/TS16949, and passed the supervision audit in 2009 and 2010. The transformation in 2008 was carried out in 2011, and the supervision and audit of ISO/TS16949:2009 were successfully passed in 2012 and 2013. In 2014, the 2011 conversion was carried out.

In order to expand the market and respond to the call of the country to develop new energy vehicles, our company has started to develop and produce electric vacuum pumps for brake booster systems since 2012. The main customers are new energy vehicle plants.
