The product range includes: steel trailer wheels, car wheels from 13 inches to 18 inches, small to golf cart, cleaning car, electric car wheels, large to yacht trailer, truck wheels. The monthly production is about 30000.
The company is located in Ningbo, an economically developed port city, and in Chalu Town, Ninghai, an industrial park. 1. The painting wheel shall be pickled and phosphatized, and then coated with electrophoretic paint. Our company has a special painting line for painting process.
2. Galvanized wheels are processed by the pickling and phosphating process of our company and then transported to the manufacturer specializing in wheel galvanizing.
3. Electroplated wheels are our finished spokes and rims, which are transported to professional electroplating plants for independent polishing and electroplating, and then transported back to our company for welding. Finally, the finished products are covered and polished.
