　　Zhuzhou Xiangtorch Machinery Manufacturing Co., Ltd. was established in 1958 and invested by the Ministry of Agricultural Machinery. It was formerly known as Zhuzhou Internal Combustion Engine Parts Factory. In 1997, it was acquired by Hunan Torch Group as a whole. In 2007, it became a wholly-owned subsidiary of Weichai Power Co., Ltd., mainly engaged in the R&D, production and sales of piston pins.
　　
　　The company is the director unit of China Internal Combustion Engine Industry Association, the vice chairman unit of Piston and Piston Pin Branch, the national secondary measurement unit, and the national product quality and after-sales service reputation guarantee enterprise. The company's leading product piston pin was awarded the title of high-quality product by the Ministry of Machinery Industry in 1981, passed the international standard acceptance in 1985, passed the ISO9000 quality management system certification in 1999, passed the QS-9000 certification in 2002, and passed the IS0/TS16949 quality management system certification in 2005.

The products are exported to North America, Europe, Southeast Asia, Russia and other countries and regions.
