Shandong Taiyue Automobile Spring Manufacturing Co., Ltd. was founded in 2002 with a registered capital of 20 million yuan. It is a specialized manufacturer of automotive leaf springs with first-class technological level in China, integrating research, design, and manufacture. The company is located in the famous cluster of production base of special purposed automobiles--- Quanpu Industrial Park at Liangshan County, adjacent to the Beijing-Kowloon Railway in the west, and Beijing-Hangzhou Grand Canal in the east, close to National Road 220, enjoying a strategic location and very convenient transportation, which provides favorable conditions for the company's development.The company occupies an area of 60,000 square meters, with a plant area of 26,000 square meters, being equipped with 5 domestic first-class production lines, with an annual production capacity of 120,000 tons. The company can independently design and develop constant stiffness, variable stiffness, and parabolic tapered-leaf springs for all types of automobiles, or new-type vehicle leaf springs. The products involve in light, medium, heavy, passenger and other auto models, being unanimously recognized and praised by users. The major equipment includes mixed gas generators, automatic long cone-track machines, RBII walking beam gas heating quenching furnaces, quenching machines, RW hot air internal-circulation tempering furnace, stress shot blasting machines, RE-I-type automatic eye coiling machines, NC variable cross-section rolling mills, high-end intermediate frequency heating furnaces, heavy-duty four-station presses, nine-station leaf spring assembly lines, electrophoretic paint coating lines, and so on; the company has specialized physical and chemical laboratories, being equipped with polishing machines, upright metallurgical microscopes, spectrophotometers, carbon heaters, carbon and sulfur joint analyzers, fatigue testers, stiffness testers, arc height sorters, Rockwell hardness machines and other advanced testing equipment.
The company is a member of the Leaf Spring Committee of China Association of Automobile, and governing unit of the Academy of Automotive Engineering of Shandong, and Shandong Automobile Industry Association. In January 2004, the company passed the ISO9001: 2000 Quality Management System certification; in September 2009, it passed the ISO / TS 16949: 2002 Automotive Industry Quality Management System certification; in November 2010, the company’s “An Fu” trademark was rated as "Shandong famous trademark” by the Industry and Commerce Administration of Shandong. It has obtained twelve national patents. In October 2014, the company was named the national high-tech enterprise.
