When the vehicle vibrates severely during driving or encounters an accident, the electrical connector may fall off from the collision sensor, which affects the protection functions of side airbags, curtain airbags and seat belt tensioners, and poses safety risks.

    In response, FAW-Volkswagen Automobile Co., Ltd. will entrust Audi authorized dealers to inspect the front side airbag collision sensors for vehicles within the scope of the recall free of charge. If the buckle on the sensor housing is missing, replace the collision sensor to eliminate potential safety hazards. .
