On January 16, the annual class carefully prepared by the window of auto and motorcycle parts, specially invited senior Japanese lean production experts who are good at on-site lean improvement work, Mr. Yin Hang, to systematically answer "solve product problems, Reducing labor costs and shortening the production cycle" and other related issues.



Mr. Yin Hang cited cases where Chinese small and medium-sized enterprises failed to achieve the expected results when they introduced many management tools of the Toyota Production System; from business plan, personnel evaluation, salary system, human resources training system, lean management system, etc. Dimension, analyzed and explained for on-site entrepreneurs.
