Abu Dhabi, UAE， On June 17, 2025, local time in the United Arab Emirates, TellusPower Group (referred to as "TellusPower"), a leading global provider of electric vehicle charging solutions, officially signed a joint venture agreement with the well-known BinHendi family and SFE Group in the Middle East to jointly establish the first electric vehicle charging equipment manufacturing company in the region. This move aims to respond to the booming development of the global electric vehicle market and the urgent need to accelerate the construction of electric transportation infrastructure in the Middle East region. This cooperation has received strong support from the UAE Ministry of Investment (referred to as the "Ministry of Investment").

The signing ceremony was held at the headquarters of the UAE Ministry of Investment, and the agreement was jointly signed by Mike Calise, CEO of TellusPower, and Marius Ciavola, CEO of SFE Middle East. Assistant Deputy Minister of Investment Hessa Al Ghurair, Chairman of the UAE China Innovation Center Hamdan Zakaria Doleh, co-founder of TellusPower Li Yansong, and CEO of BinHendi Holding Group Mohammad BinHendi attended and witnessed the signing ceremony.

This collaboration aims to leverage TellusPower's global network in electric vehicle charging station technology and manufacturing, combined with the BinHendi family and SFE Group's in-depth understanding of the Middle East market and favorable market conditions, to jointly develop forward-looking intelligent charging infrastructure, as well as integrated light storage and charging solutions that integrate leading V2G and VEN technologies, to support the region's sustainable energy transformation.

The joint venture is expected to invest in the construction of DC and AC charging equipment production lines, including high-power DC charging stations with V2G (vehicle to grid) functionality. It is expected that the product will not only serve the UAE market, but also expand to the entire Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) countries and the Middle East region.
