　　Hangzhou Asia-pacific Eborn Auto Parts Co.,Ltd is a Sino-German joint venture jointly invested by Zhejiang Asia-Pacific Mechanical& Electronic Co.,Ltd and Germany FTE Auto Technology Co.,Ltd in 2003. The total investment is 3.6 million euros, with Asia Pacific holding 51% of the shares and Germany'S FTE holding 49%.
　　
　　The company made preliminary preparation in 2004, and began formal production in 2005. Now there are 40 employees and 8 technicians. The company covers an area of 6500m2.
　　
　　Apac Eborn has excellent assembly, advanced technology and perfect quality assurance: the company has introduced 30 sets of processing, testing and assembling equipment from FTE Company in Germany. The company has passed the TS16949 system certification. The ISO 14000/OHSAS 18000 environmental occupational safety system is now being implemented.
